I installed Red Alert 3 Complete Collection on my laptop running Windows 10.
Launching normally : Directx error. Please make sure you have directx9..
Launching in compatibility mode (any version) Program crashes at the splash screen.
I have installed the dxsetup from the June2010 installer and I still have the same problem.
